Step inside Douglas Laing & Co for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of its spirits bottling operations.
This event offers a unique opportunity to explore the full production journey through the warehousing operation, tank farm, bottling line, and labelling facilities while gaining insight into the processes that ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and product excellence. Douglas Laing & Co has capability to manage both single cask bottlings and high-volume production runs, offering flexible third-party bottling services for other brands and producers.
Operations Manager Charlotte Jarvie and her team will share how operational efficiencies, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across the site; providing attendees with practical examples of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations within the whisky industry.
Refreshments will be provided upon arrival.

- Charlotte Jarvie is Ops Manager for Douglas Laing & Co and is leading continuous improvements in operational efficiency and cost management. Charlotte looks after all areas of warehousing, tank farm, vatting, bottling and labelling and quality.
