BFBi No and Low Beverage Seminar
The CIBD is partnering with BFBi on its No & Low Production Seminar, exploring the production of no and low alcohol beverages across the beer, wine, cider, spirits and wider drinks sectors.
The event begins with an informal networking dinner on 14 October, followed by a full-day technical seminar on 15 October featuring presentations, panel discussions and supplier networking.
Topics will include controlled fermentation, alcohol measurement, dealcoholisation, flavour and aroma optimisation, functional ingredients, process design and hygiene.
The seminar is aimed at drinks manufacturers, product developers, production and quality teams, suppliers and technical specialists involved in developing or producing no and low alcohol beverages.
