This course is designed to enable brewers, distillers, winemakers and cidermakers to make excellent ready to drink (RTD) beverages; from radlers to hard seltzers to premixed cocktails. It covers RTD ingredients, production techniques, quality attributes and provides the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the RTD marketplace.

The course features text and illustrations, along with quizzes and games, that give you the opportunity to check your understanding of each section and extend your learning.

Your learning is assessed as you go through each lesson and when finished, you receive a Certificate of Completion as a record of your Continuing Professional Development.
