The Foundation qualifications are aimed at future brewing and distilling professionals with little or no prior technical knowledge. They are an excellent introduction to the world of professional brewing or distilling. Those supplying raw materials or technical services to these industries could also benefit, because the knowledge gained from the course will enable you to better understand the needs of industry professionals and to speak their language.

Key dates:

• March 2027 qualifications. Registrations will close on 20 January 2027.
• May 2027 qualifications. Registrations will close on 26 February 2027.
• October 2027 qualifications. Registrations will open on 11 January 2027 and close on 6 August 2027.
