Why Brewers should choose UK hops every time – Hop growers are investing in the future of the UK beer scene.
Traditional, craft and emerging styles, the UK Beer scene is alive and kicking, and the UK hop growers are stepping up to support by growing both traditional and new varieties here in the UK to enable brewers to choose UK hops every time. From classic East Kent Goldings to traditional German Lager hops to citrus & tropical flavour bombs, we have it all right here.
Come and join us in collaboration with Hopsteiner UK on the 10th September for our annual hop walk in Kent and find out more about our UK hop varieties and how the hop industry is investing for the future of the UK beer scene.
Beers will be provided showcasing UK varieties throughout the afternoon.
This event will again be kindly hosted by Antony Rudgard-Redsell at his Parsonage Farm in Kent. Speaking at the event is Ed Kentish Barnes of Steiner Hops Ltd, with event support from committee member Russell Falconer.
This will be an outdoor event but as this is an operating farm and beer will be available, we ask that you don’t bring children or pets.
