Take part in a fun, hands-on brew day designed to bring together brewers - especially those in the early stages - for a day of learning, collaboration, and networking.
Hosted by Oliver Fozard and the team at Rooster’s Brewery, participants will work together to develop and brew cask beer. The beer will be showcased later this year at the CIBD Great Northern Section Annual Dinner.
Ahead of the event, we’ll collaborate on the recipe via WhatsApp. Please provide your mobile number when registering to be added to the GNS Community group and the dedicated brew day chat.
There will be an opportunity to socialise after the event in the on-site event space and taproom.
Please note:
- Bring steel toe cap safety boots
- Preferably bring Hi-Vis
- Dress appropriately for a hands-on brew day — you’ll be mashing in, rubbing hops, and digging out spent grain, so expect to get stuck in!

How To Get There:
- The brewery is a short walk from Hornbeam Park Station (Unit H5, Fifth Avenue, Hornbeam Park Ave, Harrogate HG2 8QT)
- Located a couple of miles south of Harrogate town centre, our onsite brewery Taproom is a short walk from Hornbeam Park train station, with direct links to both Leeds and York.
