With nearly two decades of experience developing beer brands, commissioning breweries, and driving brewing excellence, Gavin will share the quality systems and processes that underpin Slipstream's success. His presentation will explore practical approaches to quality management, consistency, and continuous improvement, drawing on the experience of leading Slipstream to the Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA) Champion Small Australian Brewery title.
