Michael Capaldo (HPA) will present the 2026 Hop Crop Report, covering key trends, crop quality, and what brewers can expect in the year ahead. A former Head Brewer with a Graduate Diploma of Brewing, Michael brings extensive industry experience and a strong track record in brewing excellence and judging.

Stuart Whytcross (Voyager Craft Malt) will follow with a 2026 Barley & Malt update, sharing insights from the paddock through to malt production and market trends. As a grain grower and founder of Voyager Craft Malt, Stuart combines hands-on agricultural expertise with a passion for connecting farming and craft brewing.
