The program features Phil Rutjens presenting the HPA Hop Harvest Report 2025–26, providing an overview of the Australian hop market, harvest quality and trends, along with insights into new hop varieties and innovations shaping the brewing industry.
Evan Evans, The Tassie Beer Dr, will then present “Selecting the Best Glass for Your Beer”, exploring how glassware characteristics can enhance the beer drinking experience and influence flavour, aroma and presentation.
