Join us for an interactive session exploring the future of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the brewing industry.
This three-hour event will bring together professionals from the brewery sector and colleagues from Higher Education to explore how CPD can better support the industry’s evolving skills and knowledge needs.
Through discussion and co-creation activities, attendees will share experiences, identify current and emerging skills gaps, and consider the challenges facing breweries across areas including brewing science and technology, sustainability, quality and safety, business development, innovation and workforce development.
The session will also explore how breweries and Higher Education can work more closely together to develop practical and evidence-informed professional learning opportunities.
By the end of the event, attendees will have contributed to shaping future CPD opportunities, explored potential areas for collaboration, and gained a clearer understanding of how partnerships between industry and Higher Education can support the brewery sector’s future skills and knowledge needs.
