Join us in Dorset for an evening focused on CIP optimisation and brewery hygiene.

Hear from experienced brewers Moyra Williams and Belinda Jennings of Kersia, who will discuss CIP optimisation, common problems encountered in brewery cleaning and brewery hygiene.

The evening will also include a tour of Hall & Woodhouse Brewery, followed by a buffet supper and drinks.

Speakers:

Moyra Williams (CIBD Fellow) and Belinda Jennings (Master Brewer)  - The Chemical Sisters - of Kersia.

Moyra and Belinda are experienced brewers who have worked for Holchem, now Kersia for many years and will be sharing their knowledge of brewery hygiene.
