School of Brewing Science Building, University of Nottingham, |
An evening of beer, good company and BBQ awaits as Charlie Bamforth brings Beer is Good for You to the University of Nottingham.
The evening will begin with welcome drinks at the Sutton Bonington Campus, along with an opportunity to view the Pilot Plant.
We will then take to the lecture theatre to hear from Charlie why beer might just be good for you — and why we should keep drinking it!
The evening will finish with a BBQ in the courtyard in front of the pilot brewery, with plenty of opportunity to catch up and network.
Known globally as the ‘Pope of Foam’, Charlie brings more than four decades of brewing expertise, combining science, insight and wit as he explores the nutritional, health and social aspects of beer.
