- Matthew - Head Brewer Valley Hops
- Matthew is a Brisbane-based brewer and Head Brewer at Valley Hops Brewing in Fortitude Valley. In addition to his commercial brewing experience, Matthew has been involved in beer judging with the Queensland Amateur Brewing Competition since 2014.
- Amanda Durand - Regional Sales Manager Fermentis ANZ
- Amanda Durand is Regional Sales Manager Asia Pacific at Fermentis by Lesaffre, where she leads business development and technical support activities across the region. She is also a member of the CIBD Asia Pacific Board, having joined following the October 2025 AGM.
